We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our Russian team and develop Bain Medical’s business in the Russian market.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain partnership between the company and distributors, distributors and hospitals (state/private owned) and clinics; collect marketing information and feedback to HQ to make sure sales channel smooth and stable.
- Build up and develop business opportunities with prospective local distributors and key medical institutions.
- Achieve monthly sales target and help HQ to make periodical sales plan.
- After-sales service management.
Requirements:
- Have rich experience (At least 2-3 years) in selling Hemodialysis Consumable
- Bachelor degree in English, international trade, biology, medical science etc
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; independent and self-motivated
Salary & Benefits
- Salary structure: Base salary + attractive sales commission
- Net base salary: USD 1,500–3,000/month
- Additional commission based on sales performance;
