Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings, manage appointments, daily activities of the Country director.
- Preparing documents/presentations and necessary materials for meetings
- Take part in company’s events organization.
- Full scope of administrative support of the office:
- Ordering passes for entering business center
- Manage courier services, taxi
- Manage corporate cars pool
- Stationary, food for office
- Manage office maintenance
