Описание
Main responsibilities:
Monitor, assess and mitigate regulatory, legislative and political risks that may affect Servier strategic business plans and commercial continuity.
Shape policy environment by building and maintaining strong professional relationships with policymakers, key decision makers, experts, industry associations and NGOs.
Strengthen Servier visibility as a trusted health care partner, recognized opinion leader and local producer via trustful dialogue with key decision & policy makers, NGOs.
Develop and implement Servier Russia GR strategy focused on mitigation of political and regulatory risks and strengthening company`s brand and reputation, particular in oncology.
Full cycle coordination and execution of GR policy onco portfolio initiatives.
Serve as a strong contributor to strategic cross-functional and access projects execution and outcomes.
Manage memberships in concerned industry associations to build broad policy consensus.
Prepare write policy briefs, reports, and talking points for company leaders
Ensure strict adherence to corporate compliance policy
Requirements to a candidate:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in political science, law, public policy, or a science field. Medical/pharmaceutical background is advantage.
5+ years of relevant experience in external affairs, government affairs, public policy, preferably in pharmaceutical/life science innovative company.
Strong expertise in HC policy regulation and proposals setting, regulatory decision-making, reimbursement system functioning, and regulatory pathways
Excel in strategic planning and writing policy reports, position papers, official letters etc.
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal negotiation skills.
Fluent English (verbal and written).
Personal maturity, open-minded, high responsibility.
